The Federation of Egyptian Industries sought a lot to prefer Egyptian industrial products in government contracts, in order to ensure the interest of the Egyptian industry and the operation of factories with their production capacities, until Law No. (5) of 2015 was issued regarding the preference of Egyptian products in government contracts, and the minister in charge of implementing this law became Minister concerned with industry affairs.
